Temporary Changes to Our Custom Print Orders

Hello, Pxl Fam~!

We wanted to share a quick update with everyone.

To make sure every order meets the quality we aim for, we are taking some time to work closely with our printing partners to review and strengthen our quality assurance process from start to finish.

Over the coming weeks, here are a few temporary changes:

• Basic print products will remain available.
• New custom print orders will be accepted until July 17. After that, custom prints will be temporarily paused.
• Some products will be temporarily unavailable while we complete our review.

Do not worry if there is already an order with us. We are still working hard to get every order completed!

We will keep everyone updated, and we look forward to sharing more as we continue making these improvements.
